I’m hosting my domain names and VPSes on TransIP.nl.
I really like the clean web interface for the domain name management, allowing for easy maintenance of bigger selections of domain names (I make sure to register domain names early in my projects, to make sure I can promote the project if it goes life, and domain names are fairly cheap).
I use a webhosting package (with WordPress a quick install) for Wouter.org, including the SSL certificate service.
I host my own email using a VPS and an OpenBSD install, as I want to run some specific filtering and archiving of email.
